All POMME ROUGE pieces have 2-year warranty from the data of purchase (with purchase proof).

The customer is obliged to check the delivered immediately upon arrival. Any defects must be reported immediately to POMME ROUGE – info@pommerouge-store.com

The warranty does not apply on the following circumstances:

• The damage is self-inflicted or due normal wear and tear, loss of product, loss of stones or theft;
• Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, swimming pools or sea water;
• The natural process of fading the plating in 24k yellow gold;
• The costumer processed, repaired or modified the supplied jewelry;
• The delivered jewelry has been exposed to abnormal conditions, other careless proceedings or contrary to our product care instructions.

The return of the goods to POMME ROUGE must be in the original packaging (including boxes and documentation) and in good conditions. Commissioning after detection of failure, damage occurring after detection of failure, encumbrance and/or resale after detection of failure, voids the right to claim and return.

All the items you want to send us for warranty must be authorized by POMME ROUGE. Send us an e-mail to info@pommerouge-store.com and a photo of product(s).

If a customer’s complaints are justified by POMME ROUGE, we will give the customer the option of replacing goods delivered free of charge or refunding the costumer.
