All the orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order confirmation date. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number and details via e-mail.

Delivery is made from monday to friday during the working hours.

If you are not at home we recommend that you gave us an alternative address.

Please double check all personal and postage details when completing your order. We don’t take responsibility for missing packages. 

While we will happily ship worldwide, please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the order reaches its destination country. We do not cover the cost of import duties and taxes, so you will be responsible for these. As import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

If you choose to refuse your order package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred and the cost of returning the package to our Portuguese address. This amount will be deducted from your refund. If the costs are bigger than the cost of order your order will be abandoned.

RETURNS

We hope you love your POMME ROUGE pieces but, if for some reason you are not satisfied, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing the items undamaged and in their original packaging.

The items must arrive at our office within 14 days after you receive them.

Shipping costs are not refunded.

All returns must be authorized by POMME ROUGE by e-mail to info@pommerouge-store.com

If our tests prove that the items were already worn or changed, we will not accept them. The items will be sent again to the customer, with no warning.

We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.

Return procedure:

  1. All returns must be authorized by POMME ROUGE. Send us an e-mail to info@pommerouge-store.com and a photo of product(s);
  2. Fill in the return formulary with your name and order number (please print here);
  3. Make sure that the jewelry is packed in our original packaging;
  4. Outside European Union: at the post offices, clarify on the customs declaration, on the outside of the package please mark it as “RETURNED GOODS” and declare 0 euros to avoid any customs charges. We are not responsible for any charges on packages returned by customs. If you don’t do this we may never receive the package and we cannot make a refund;
  5. Choose a safe and reliable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items lost in the mail or customs, so please collect your tracking information for good measure.

After we receive the items, allow 1-7 business days for refund, without shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGES

For exchange follow the same procedure as for returns but fulfill the exchange field. You will receive a store credit of your purchase price before shipping costs or duties costs once the item has been returned in its original conditions.
